Best Driver Ever - Jay was absolutely amazing! He has a very warm and welcoming personality. We used him for the majority of our trip so I’m glad I didn’t have to worry about finding transportation everyday. Highly recommend!!

Exceptional Service! - Jaid and his colleagues at Refresh Tours and Taxi Service were amazing when our flight was canceled in St. Lucia. They quickly secured a hotel for our group of 12, drove us there, and were punctual picking us up the next morning for the airport. Their professionalism and friendliness turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Highly recommend!

Reliable, interesting and helpful - Jay offered me a good rate to take me from the large airport to the smaller one near Castries , had lots of interesting conversation about the island, and was a safe and reliable driver. When inter Caribbean airlines cancelled my flight with now Cotabato he suggests and took me to Hotel Bel Jou which was a really good recommendation. I took his number and he was able to do the return journey a week later. Would definitely recommend.

Solo St Lucia 2024 - Great service! So polite, friendly and gave me some good laughs. He even stopped so I could grab some food from a food truck along the drive to my hotel. He gave me some great facts about the island as well. Would highly recommend!
