Best trekking for the Rinjani - We booked a private tour with syam trekker and would recommend and book again. Why? - Very good English speaking guide - The guide ensured we made the top by adjusting departure times and motivating the group (thanks again Yar, your are a hero) - Everything was in place for a super smooth experience, from taxi to hotel to the trek itself. We never had te wait. Syam manages everything very well for a great experience - the food during the trek was amazing and there was always enough for a group of big eaters - the porters were fast and their service was amazing (from carrying all the equipment to setting up camp and cooking) - Syam pays the porters extra to make sure no trash is left behind and is heavily invested in removing plastic and trash from the mountain Thanks to the Syam team for this once in a lifetime experience

Great Rinjani experience, full service and great organisation including guide and nights over! - Excellent organisation and full service hike to Rinjani! Syam and his team were great, 100% dedicated to provide the best possible experience for us to climb this impressive volcano. Guide Rob and the Porters did everything to help. More then enough to eat and drink along the climb. Moreover, Rob has many stories and mythes to tell about the Rinjani. This was a great addition to understand the love and respect of the locals for this volcano. The view at Crater level is so wonderful, so happy to had this experience. Even we are not experienced hikers, they give you all the support to succeed. Don't be afraid, just book and boost your travel!

Book with this organization!! - Awesome! That’s the first thing that came into mind after doing the Rinjani trekking with Syam Trekker. Absolutely awesome! From day one we were taken care of very well and had been picked up from our hotel in Kuta Lombok (4 hour drive) by Bul. After brining us to Syam for the first briefing before heading up the mountain he drop us of at our place for the night, Bambu village. A wonderful arrangement with your own cottage and soft beds, which helped us get a good nights sleep before heading up the mountain. Day 1 we met our guide Ham and our crew Sansun, Owan and Sap, who would be helping us get up Rinjani. They were incredibly wonderful people and super helpful the whole journey. The food, the tents and the guidance we received those days were above our expectations and we wished we could stay longer. They really made it their priority that we would get to the summit safely, on time for sunrise and still enjoy every step of the way. Ham, our guide, really communicated effectively with us as he provided good tips and tricks to get on and off the mountain and even providing us an alternative route getting down when our legs couldn’t function properly any more. He also had good music haha! Eventhough the journey was sometimes difficult, as the mountain is no joke, the guys were always laughing and having a lot of fun with each, which gave us a lot of positive energy and spirit to continue our journey. You can see that Syam takes good care of his team and his customers :) At the end of the tour they brought us to our final destination in Gili Air. We were brought to Bangsal harbour and our tickets for the boat were bought for us. First class service! I really recommend booking with Syam trekker when doing a Mt Rinjani tour! They will make you journey incredible and fun!

Amazing experience with the best team! - Amazing Experience with Syam Trekker Team! They picked us up at the airport and drove us to Senaru, we slept in a really nice bamboo cottage the night before the expedition. Syam and his team are really professional and friendlyl, his wife prepared us an amazing dinner the night before :) Nice home made tipical indonesian food! Rupi was our guide, he was so nice and a great guide! All the team made our 2D 1N unforgettable, they cooked amazing food for us during both days! I really recommend them! Thank you for everything! Breathtaking Rinjani Climb! - An amazing journey up to the peak of Rinjani with the team from Syam Trekker. The journey was tough with breathtaking views, all made possible with the care, advice and patience of our guide and the porters! We were very well taken care of from the moment we arrived at the airport until the completion of this epic journey. With more than 10 years of experience and thousands of ascent up Rinjani, the teams at Syam Trekker are truly a pro. They were both attentive and accommodating to our needs and gave us a sense of safety and confidence that we can make it to the summit. Can’t thank them enough for making our climb a memorable one. Phenomenal views on Crater Rim Senaru - Phenomenal views from the top at sunrise. We did this hike in April 2022. The hike is done in 2 days with Syam Trekker. It gets chilly at the Crater rim - recommend to bring layers and gloves.
