Your driver will inform you of the estimated arrival time at your hotel or apartment, always arriving before your specified time. You have a ten-minute grace period once the scheduled pick-up time has passed. If a child seat is required, please request it (free of charge) the day before the service. Our vehicles are wheelchair accessible. It is recommended to leave the hotel or apartment at least one hour before you need to be at the airport. You can request the same driver who picked you up at the airport for your return trip. If you have a smartphone with WhatsApp, please mention it in your reservation to facilitate communication.
