Fast, friendly, professional, air conditioned transportation! - We visited STVI for a week. We are a party of six including 3 kids so we’re on the fence between renting two cars to accommodate all of us and our luggage. We decided to hire Adriane to pick us up and take us to our excursions and we are so glad we did. In the long run it was cheaper than getting the cars but more than that, it was great to have someone to make recommendations for restaurants and make sure we got where we needed to go. We highly recommend Virgin Islands Platinum Services. She is so much more than a ride! We learned about the history of the island and even where not to go! For all these reasons and many more, we will definitely hire this company again! She also brought a professional, classy, friendly approach which added to the experience. Everything she recommended made our trip so much better!

Fantastic Service. Great Advice. Extremely Convenient. - We had a group of 8 people staying together on St. John- 6 of whom came all together. Price-wise, it made sense to use the Island Transfer service, where all 6 were picked up, transferred via car ferry, and dropped off at the rental house without a hitch, bypassing the need to plan for multiple cab rides plus a ferry ride. Leaving the islands, we left on separate days in 2 groups of 4, and used VI Platinum service to pick up at Red Hook and take us to the St. Thomas Airport. Thank goodness we did- the last group’s flight was delayed… 5 times! Our driver stuck with us until we got more info at the airport, and realizing we would have to stay overnight in St. Thomas, made hotel recommendations, and got us to a hotel- all with time to spare for her next client! Of course, weigh the price against the extreme convenience and superb service, and if it makes sense, I highly recommend VI Platinum Services.

Outstanding transportation - Adrienne is a great communicator, friendly, timely and provides outstanding service from before she picks up until she drops off. Our family thought she was the best !
