This service offers a one-way private taxi ride either from the cruise terminal to any destination in Barbados, or from any location in Barbados to the cruise terminal. The driver will greet passengers at the cruise terminal or the designated pickup spot, holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. For a return journey, a separate booking is necessary. Simply update the pickup location to reflect where you will be at that time.

Upon arrival, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes from the official landing time; any delays due to baggage, customs, or other issues should be reported immediately—failure to make contact within this timeframe will lead to cancellation without a refund. For hotel or B&B departures, the driver will wait a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
