• Direct Transfers: We provide direct transfers to your hotel or chosen destination without stopping at other hotels.

• Supermarket Stops: Need to stop at a supermarket? This service is available for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please book in advance.

• Accurate Destination Selection: Please select the correct destination when booking. If the chosen service does not match, you will need to pay the difference to adjust to the correct amount.

• Multiple Terminal Pickups: For arrivals with multiple flights, we offer pickups at different terminals for an additional fee of $15.

• ⏰ Time Tolerance: A maximum tolerance of 10 minutes is allowed for transfers and departures. After this time, it will be considered a “no show.”

Are you planning a trip to Playa del Carmen and require airport transportation? We offer transfers to a variety of destinations including Playa del Carmen, Ferry, Maroma, and Puerto Aventuras, as well as from Cancun Hotels to Playa del Carmen.

IMPORTANT: If an incorrect booking is made, the difference for the correct destination must be paid, or the correct service must be rebooked.

Our service is entirely private, ensuring you won’t share the vehicle with others. If your hotel or Airbnb isn’t listed, there’s no need to worry! You can specify your destination when making your reservation, and we’ll make sure you arrive without any issues. Our private transfers are safe for solo travelers, couples, and groups of up to 8 passengers.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
