Airport Arrival Procedures:

Meet and Greet:

1. Our airport representative will be waiting for you at the arrival hall exit with a sign displaying your name. Please look for your name and meet our representative.

2. Assistance:
   Our representative will assist you and direct you to the designated transportation service.

3. Transfer:
   The driver will take you to your preferred accommodation location.

Information Required:
Please provide the following details in the “Leave a message for your local supplier” section:
· Airline name
· Terminal
· Flight number
· Time of arrival
· Estimated delivery time
· Hotel/residence name
· Hotel/residence address
· Any additional requests (subject to availability) may incur additional charges, which are payable directly to the driver

Luggage exceeding 24 inches will be counted as 2 pieces. If it exceeds the limit, we reserve the right to cancel your order or request an upgrade in vehicle type.
