Great transportation service - Arrived on time for us! Made bathroom stops along the route. I’m using them again to get from Chiquilá to Playa Del Carmen. Make sure you download WhatsApp to stay in communication with them for any updates.

Amazing Ride - Roberto took us to the port of Chiquila, he was absolutely amazing and Berenice at the office was just as nice as well. We will keep them in mind for our future visits.

It was absolutely worth! - Superior Service!! The booking was easy, our driver was perfectly on time and really nice, the car was big and super clean. It took us 2 hours from the airport and the whole time we felt very secure and in good hands with our driver! We almost missed the exit to the welcome bar, so best is to ask the staff at the airport! And there are a lot of drivers and taxis at the welcome bar, which made us a bit nervous that we don’t find our driver! But they have a big sign with your name :) Regarding the booking: it was also super easy and the communication with the team was super fast and nice! We just sent them our flight numbers and they secured us to check it so they are on time (if there is a delay or so)! It was absolutely worth!

The perfect transfer - Trip from our hotel in Cancun to Chiquila was perfect. Angel was there before the reservation time, was very pleasant and a smooth driver on less than smooth roads! the car was brand new. Arrived in perfect time to catch one of the ferries to Holbox. Excellent!

Good quality transfer - Holbox taxi transferred us both ways. Met us with clear signs, on time. Clean air conditioned vehicle with plenty of room. Good communication from them prior to journey and at time of pick up. Would definitely use again

Had two hours to make the last ferry and made it! - We had two hours to make the last ferry...Without thinking I booked a flight for Cancun and booked my hotel in Holbox for the same night. We found out the last ferry was at 9pm. We got out of customs at 6:45pm and hustled outside. Victor, our driver was waiting outside with a sign with my name on it. (great penmanship btw...) We rushed over to the van and he graciously took our bags and we hit the road. It was pitch black out and Victor safely drove through the streets dodging pot holes as if it were daylight. Thank you guys sooo much!

Left us stranded - No one showed up at the airport and when we cslled Viator they said sorry, too bad you'll have to find your own way. We asked for a refund but they only gave us half our money back

Misleading - We actually took a different cab thinking it was your company and it wasn’t so I had to pay again since I had already prepaid with you.
