This was a wonderful... - This was a wonderful experience. Our driver was friendly and more than helpful. Even with the notorious Ulaanbaatar traffic, we still enjoyed the trip and learned a lot about the country before arriving at our location. 10/10.

Nice 1.5hr drive from airport to hotel - Driver was there waiting for us, with Names printed so easy to locate. they provided information about our hotel vicinity (restaurants, tour etc). the driver Bat-ene though he cannot speak english communicated with us through google translate. He made sure we are comfortable by asking if we need to go to toilet or buy sim card.
Car is nice, clean and comfortable
We engaged them for another ride going back to the airport. Highly recommended

Best way to get from the airport to UB City! - Very glad I booked this! Bat-Erdene was our driver, he was easy to spot as he had a sign with our names on it, waiting for us as we exited after landing. He didn’t speak English, but he had notes with all the information we needed. He waited while we exchanged currency, and kept an eye on our luggage. We communicated well with Google translate, and his Mongolian-English translation app. He pointed out neat things to us on the drive. Clean car, bottled water provided, great driver! We also hired him for several sight seeing trips in UB City before we left.

A superbly wonderful experience. - We adore Bat-Erdene! He met us at the airport and we were utterly charmed. He speaks very little English but we had the best conversations with him using Google translate. His car is clean and comfortable, we had plenty of room for our luggage (we had a lot as our trip was a month long) and he is an excellent and safe driver. Bat pointed out all sorts of things we should see and gave us lots of interesting history. We loved his company so much that we hired him for a few other short Ulaanbaatar trips. We definitely plan on hiring him again the next time we visit Mongolia. Tselmeg is also fantastic and covers the electronic communication with ease. If I could give ten stars I would. Бат-Эрдэнэ, Цэлмэг нартаа баярлалаа!

Absolutely fantastic driver! - When I booked this I did not realize that there was a date change and so poor Bat-Erdene waited at the airports for a long time while we were still on a layover on our way to Mongolia. We felt SO bad! He returned the next day to pick us up for real and is absolutely the nicest man ever. He speaks very little English but we communicate very well with Google translate and had lively and interesting conversations. His car is spotless and comfortable and accommodated our considerable luggage. He is also a very safe driver and navigates Ulaanbaatar traffic easily. We enjoyed his company so much that we hired him for other short trips in Ulaanbaatar and we have decided that we are adopting him as our new uncle! Bat-Erdene is fabulous!

Near Perfect Transfer - Bat-erdene our driver was very good in navigating the horrible traffic gridlock and dropped us off in reasonable time. He had decent English and would use translator app to communicate very efficiently. I would use him again anytime.

The drive for our private... - The drive for our private transfer from UBN airport to the Kempinski was surprisingly hitch-free. The driver was at the arrivals hall of UBN with a sign bearing our name. He was on time, helped us with our tons of luggage, and was pleasantly efficient with our ride to the hotel. The driver was explaining to us that traffic is and can be horrible from UBN to the city, and may be made unpleasant with the heavy air pollution in Ullaan Baataar. This ride can effectively range from 45 minutes to 3 hours. He described a few major sites we were passing, and got us to Kempinski safely.
