Cruise transfer - Friendly and capable driver. Pick up was smooth although I scheduled for 9:00-9:30 AM and he didn't arrive u too 10:10. So we waited on foot since 8:40 Am. I called the number and they said he was reserved for 10:00AM but all of my paperwork said 9-930. When he arrived I knew why....he was dropping off a transfer into port for the cruise. I would have liked to been informed if this earlier as I most likely would have rescheduled with someone who came at a time that I requested...not at a time that got them another transfer. As I had two couples joining me that I didn't know, it was worrying that he wasn't coming as expected.

I had ordered the wrong... - I had ordered the wrong car and we had lots of luggage, our driver made it all fit. This way we did not have to wait for another to come pick up.

Communication needs improvement - The booking reminder did not indicate our pick up time and we were late. Had we been much later, the ride would have left without us, leaving us stranded. The driver sent a message, but we got it after we were in the vehicle. We asked to be dropped off at a location that would have been closer than our original request, but were told no. This created an additional burden for us in terms of luggage and storage of the luggage as we could not get into our air bnb until 4 pm. The driver instead dropped us off at our original location. This created approximately two hours of additional travel for us as a result.

Dover to Heathrow - Nice driver picked us up on time at the Dover cruise terminal and made it to Heathrow airport in time.

Late driver - The driver was an hour and a half late to our desired pick up time. Very poor communication with the tour operator.

Horrible customer service & horrible communication - Visitor was to pick us up at the Dover Cruise port and take us into London. We set it for 9:00 they booked it for 9:30. At 10:30 they called and said they were broke down - too bad - not sending another. Horrible customer service- horrible communication! Never again
