Great service - Very good communication with driver before arrival in Rome. He was very helpful getting our bags to the van, loading amd unloading them for us.

Rome FCO airport pickup - Driver was professional and arrived at FCO airport on time in Mercedes sprinter van after calling me on what’s app. Overall great experience dropped us to our hotel W Rome

Reliable Transfer - The transfer was easy. The driver found us easily communicated well on WhatsAp and had a clean nice vehicle.

Professional, experienced driver. - Our driver was a total professional. Neatly dressed, polite and efficient. For example meeting us outside baggage claim. The car was very clean. Mauro is amazing. Can’t wait for our return trip to airport.

Not good for flights delays - Our flight was delayed and even tho our tour was private, according to our pick up time we were not allowed to change the time after 24 hours and lost our money and our ride. Don't book this tour if there is a chance your flight will be delayed.

No transportation - My flight landed late and we were left without transportation. They was no effort to offer another ride or accommodation.

Scam company - They never turned up, scam company, we were left at the airport for 2 hours after paying €80 and never reimbursed our money, we had to pay for a taxi out of pocket to get to our hotel, would definitely not book with them, scam, scam, scam

I felt I was scammed 😖 - I paid but nobody came to pick me up..!!! Waited for one hour 😖 This is my experience 😞 Nobody answered my phone calls to tell me what happened .. So bad and dishonest!

Get a taxi instead. - Driver left us stranded. We communicated to him that we were in line at immigration as you cannot go through kiosk with children under 14. Driver should know this as we told him we had 2 children traveling with us and would need booster seats. We messaged driver to let him know it would be a while and even offered to pay him MORE to wait for us. He then responded to my message, "I already left, sorry". After we cleared customs, we had to wait in a taxi line for 45 minutes. Do not book a pre-reserved taxi if you are traveling with children. Get a taxi. It's 60-euro one way vs. 180 dollars that I spent for the pre-reserved transportation which left me stranded and viator will not refund me.
