Great way to get to the airport. - Our driver was right on time. Very courteous. The car was spotless and very comfortable. We had a lot of luggage but that was not an issue.

Safe return to airport - On time pickup with diligent driver who safely navigated heavy traffic to Bangkok Airport. A lot of construction work and tailbacks on the outskirts of the capital made it a testing route.

Smooth ride, on time pick up - Pickup was on time. Driver was friendly and drove me to Hua Hin without any issues. We did 1 stop at the gas station where we used the bathroom. Will recommend for anyone looking to transfer to Hua Hin from BKK and vice versa (I took both trips with the same company).

Perfect transfer from BKK to Hua Hin and back - Booked via e-mail at Ken Diamond Tour & Travel Hua Hin from my Home about one month in advance. Everything was perfect organized and on time with clean, new car and a very nice driver.

EXCELLENT SERVICE - Pre pandemic, I had made this booking. They still honored the rate agreed from 2019. The welcome back and service was top class. The vehicle was clean and the driver very pleasant. No waiting, punctual and patient. I will definitely use them again for long distance transfers when I do my next trip to Hua Hinn.

Ken Diamond - Taxi Hua Hin to Novotel Bangkok Airport - Taxi driver was fine. Collected ontime and drove sensibly. Only issue was which hotel I ws to be taken to, luckily I spotted his mistake. Good value, I'll use them again

Comfortable efficient ride - Driver picked us up in our out-of-the-way hotel on time and got us to Bangkok airport as scheduled. The car was clean and comfortable.

Overrated and ripped off! - Paid for an SUV and a sedan (cheaper option) turned up. The car smelled of stale cigarettes. Was unpleasant. The driver was friendly although spent a lot of time scrolling on phone whilst driving at 120. A very distinct impression of we have your money, don’t give a F. Would never recommend this service

Irresponsible /unreliable Klook /TTD /driver private transfer from intercontinental hotel Hua Hin to Bangkok aaon Dec - We book the private transfer from Hua Hin to Bangkok with purchase of additional one stop. Upon greeting in the hotel, driver told us that there was no additional stop and it would be direct transfer just to the airport. After showing the receipt with one stop, he said he had a continued job at 12:00pm. We mentioned to the hotel receptionist that we would only have one stop for 30 mins in Khanh Luang cave which is on the way to Bangkok. The driver could not speak English. The hotel receptionist explained to him Reluctantly, he let us get on the van. On the mid way of the road, the driver did not stop at the attractive place and I receive a WhatsApp message from their Klook operator TTD Global that the driver had a job later on and the attraction was not exactly on the way. It would take 10 mins more. They asked to get a refund for purchase of the additional stop. We were totally disappointed as we planned to go Khanh Luong Cave for a long time . And we feel cheated or lied by Klook/ TTD global/ driver. if they could not bring us to the cave, they should not even start the journey this morning and leave us no choice as we are at the middle of the journey assuming that the driver will take us to the cabe. We could have hired other car in the first place What an irresponsible transport service provider klook /TTD global provider/ Thai driver. They totally disturb our traveling plan. I would remind anyone who plan to use Klook to arrange transport in Thailand that they are not reliable.
