You can't beat this transfer!! - The driver was early and everything was great!! He stopped along the way for a bathroom break and a chance to get food because the ride was 4 hours, but everything went great!! If you need to get from Hua Hin to BKK, I highly recommend this company to get you to your flight on time!! Thank you!!

Nice comfortable vehicle.... - Nice comfortable vehicle. Very pleasant driver. It was a 3 hour drive to the airport and the driver made sure we had a short “pit stop “ to use the restroom half way through the trip. Will book again.

Excellent Service - The driver arrived on time in Hua Hin and got us to the airport well ahead of schedule. During the ride, I realized I actually needed to go to Don Mueang (DMK) instead of Bangkok Airport (BKK). This was no problem at all, he immediately adjusted the route and brought us safely to the correct airport. Great service, very reliable, and absolutely deserving of 5 stars!

Great way to get to the airport. - Our driver was right on time. Very courteous. The car was spotless and very comfortable. We had a lot of luggage but that was not an issue.

Irresponsible /unreliable Klook /TTD /driver private transfer from intercontinental hotel Hua Hin to Bangkok aaon Dec - We book the private transfer from Hua Hin to Bangkok with purchase of additional one stop. Upon greeting in the hotel, driver told us that there was no additional stop and it would be direct transfer just to the airport. After showing the receipt with one stop, he said he had a continued job at 12:00pm. We mentioned to the hotel receptionist that we would only have one stop for 30 mins in Khanh Luang cave which is on the way to Bangkok. The driver could not speak English. The hotel receptionist explained to him Reluctantly, he let us get on the van. On the mid way of the road, the driver did not stop at the attractive place and I receive a WhatsApp message from their Klook operator TTD Global that the driver had a job later on and the attraction was not exactly on the way. It would take 10 mins more. They asked to get a refund for purchase of the additional stop. We were totally disappointed as we planned to go Khanh Luong Cave for a long time . And we feel cheated or lied by Klook/ TTD global/ driver. if they could not bring us to the cave, they should not even start the journey this morning and leave us no choice as we are at the middle of the journey assuming that the driver will take us to the cabe. We could have hired other car in the first place What an irresponsible transport service provider klook /TTD global provider/ Thai driver. They totally disturb our traveling plan. I would remind anyone who plan to use Klook to arrange transport in Thailand that they are not reliable.
