Driver no show with four months notice? - I had booked this transfer of six people in January and the driver didn’t show at the appointed time this past Monday. I called and the company dispatched a driver. The van then broke down and they dispatched two taxis in it’s place, one had to be refueled while we were in transit. The transit company apologized and refunded the charges. I never received a reason why the driver wasn’t at the port at the agreed time. I was only told a mistake happened. This was my first experience using Viator and I’m not sure I will use them again.
