Heathrow transfer - Car and driver fine. Traffic horrible at 8 am to central London. Took almost two hours. Beware. Pick up was easy and as described. Driver waiting after

Glad someone else drove. - Driver was late to pick us up. There is no number to call. No one responded to the chat feature.
Driver did not talk to us the entire trip. Driver played music in the car that he liked.

Not so good. - Driver was late. Had to call and inquire as to his whereabouts. Found out he lives 15 minutes from the airport and he waited to be called before leaving. Ended up waiting over 30 minutes for him then we had to go find him and ask him if he was picking someone up and who... he had no sign. We ride in a van he had just used to move that day.

Smelly car - Car smelled. Had to ask driver to roll down windows because my daughter was getting sick from smell. Smelled like lemon disanfectant.

Left stranded - Let’s just say that if you happen to have flight issues and your original flight info you provided them gets cancelled, even if you message the operator to tell them the new flight number and flight time they will still arrive at the original flight time and claim You were a no show. They will also require another payment to come get you otherwise they will leave you stranded at the airport. Don’t expect a refund either if your flight gets cancelled within 24 hours of your booking….doesnt matter that it’s out of your control you are simply out that money. Save yourself the trouble and just ride the exress train then take a cab or the tube. So much easier and less stressful. This is NOT good!
