Airport Pickup - Because it was an airport pick up, there wasn't anything particularly memorable about it. It was very helpful having my name on a placard, & very reassuring since I didn't have internet service in the airport & couldn't pull my reservation up.

Great Service - Arrived in Heathrow after a seven and a half hour journey. After getting through Customs, and having difficulty finding our way to the meeting point, our driver found us, in the midst of an airport jammed with travelers. Very personable! He loaded our suitcases in his van, drove us to our hotel. Talked with my husband and commented on the sites as we passed them. Could not ask for better service! Would ask for him again on our next trip!

Great start to our vacation - Flight arrived late but driver was waiting at designated stop with a smile and friendly greeting. Helped with luggage and handled carefully. Pleasant and friendly throughout drive even though traffic was heavy and slow.

A great way to travel from Airport to hotel. - Our driver was fabulous. He was there in perfect time and we had a very pleasant trip from the airport to the hotel. I would love to have the same driver pick me up at the airport. the next time I visit.

Disappointed in the service - The company went to the airport a day early and then told me that I had to rebook (and pay again) in order to be picked up. I spoke with a supervisor at Viator and she told me that there's nothing they could do, even though I had booked several other tours with them on this same trip.
