Excellent airport transfer as always!!! - This is our third time using DSRR for our airport transfer from Santiago, DR to Puerto Plata, DR and back. Both Johny was on time to pick us up at the airport and Jose to pick us up from the resort for our return flight home. Both drivers were extremely courteous and friendly. They were great drivers and we felt extremely safe at all times. We have never had a bad experience with this company. They also offer some great excursions that we have taken in the past. This time we didn’t want to do any excursions since we have actually done most all of them previously. I highly recommend DSRR. Rosario runs a tight ship and Jennifer is very helpful and responsive in responding to questions. This is the only company we use when we come to the DR. You will not be disappointed if you book with them.

Best prices around - This is my second I’m using DSRR. Our flight was late this time around and then we got stuck in customs. By the time we got out, we were two hours later than expected. Our driver was still there waiting for us. We have also taken private transport and tours with this company previously. They are always on time and very courteous. Their prices are better than anyone else’s. I would highly recommend them.

Excelente servicio - Friendly staff, they knew their way around. Offered free wifi and drinks. They confirm the day before through text message. Very responsive.

Easy and professional - Our driver Lilo was waiting for us right outside of the airport and took us right to the vehicle. We felt completely safe and there was WiFi available. I would highly recommend them transport to Puerto Plata which is a hour and half drive from Santiago airport.

Good transfer - Typical ride from airport to hotel . They pick you up once you exit and take you to your destination.

You won’t regret booking with them!! - Could not have made a better choice! My boyfriend and I visited Puerto Plata in May of 2022 and we couldn’t find a flight into POP, which is the closest airport to the resort where we were staying. We had no problem finding a flight into STI however, most of the quotes we received on pricing for round trip transportation was kind of insane. It is a bit of a drive so we knew we’d end up paying a little more, but we didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg just on transportation. DSSR quoted us $150 round trip and that was total - not per person. That’s less then $40 per person one-way, we lucked out. It took us a little over an hour with traffic to get to the resort but the shuttle was air conditioned and we enjoyed some complimentary Presidente beers (I’ve NEVER been a beer girl but loved that one). Communication was exceptional from start to finish, I mean seriously better than any company I’ve ever dealt with. When I initially made the booking I dealt with Rosario who was also super helpful, and then he connected me to Jennifer. Jennifer checked in often to give me updates and let me know when someone would be arriving, she was incredibly professional and friendly. She even went as far as to book our return pickup much earlier than needed to mitigate traffic and such. We probably wouldn’t have made our flight if she didn’t schedule our pickup time for when she did. At the airport, they waited outside of customs with their logo sign and at the resort for pickup, the driver actually had my name on the sign. It felt pretty cool admittedly lol. All in all, I would 100% recommend this company and I plan on using them again in the future. For reference, I’m a 26 year old AA woman and my boyfriend is a 30 year old white man. With us being both a younger couple and interracial, we never know what to expect when traveling but we had zero issues and were made to feel like royalty.
