• Any change to the train number or arrival time must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the original arrival time.
• In the event of a canceled or missed train, the transfer will not be provided. If you arrive on a different train with a new pick-up time, a new transfer booking will be required.
• The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact time will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
