Best airport transfer - Really amazing experience. Driver was super friendly and helped me with my baggage. I would for sure travel with them again.

Amazing Service & Great Conversation - The car was spotless, 2021 BMW, conversation was amazing, Actually the service was so good I used the service from Gatwick to Portsmouth & 10 days later, Southampton to central London. I'll always use this company moving forward. Darren

Gatwick to Southampton transfer - Driver was ready at airport and quick and easy transfer to hotel. Driver was really nice. Was a smaller Hyundai vehicle. I was under the impression it was an executive chauffeur that was going to be Mercedes or Tesla with wifi. Overall, good experience but pricey

airport transfer - Our flight arrived on time but the customs airport procedures delayed our meeting. Driver was not inside holding a sign with name. I had to call the dispatcher and try to contact the driver.after heading to Holiday Inn driver took us to the wrong Holiday Inn in Southampton, even though when the reservation was made I put in the correct Holiday Inn Express West in Adanac Park. Dirver left and we had to find and pay an Uber to get to the right Holiday Inn.

Find another company - No memorable moments, just a driver given very little information by this company. Expected a Mercedes mini van as pictured, by got a cramped Hyundai Ionic that barely fit luggage for 2 people. Driver did not know the airport and did not get the drop off directions

Not great - Ordered the taxi for 2 pick ups there was 6 of us going on holiday , when I called I had one quote and that was fine give over my card details . When we got picked back up for our holiday we were greeted by a gentleman who was wearing sliders what safety was not a thing for the customer and to top it off they took more money from my account which was not what I was quoted. I have been emailing the company and yes they have got back to me but not refunded the money that was taken from my account. Do not use this company.

Dreadful service - Wish I had checked the reviews on here before I booked with Cab My Ride. We paid £330 for a return trip to Gatwick. The ride out was fine, but the return was diabolical. The driver was 2 hours late. We had NO communication from Cab My Ride and had to keep phoning them to find out what was going on. When our Cab finally arrived, they had sent a VW Touran which is a 5 seater with 2 extra child's seats in the boot which leaves no luggage space, to pick up 5 adults plus suitcases. We ended up crammed into our seats with suitcases ontop of us. I've asked Cab my Ride for an explanation or apology, but have received nothing. Dreadful company, stick to established firms like Viking Cars and give these charlatans a very wide berth. I certainly won't be using them again. Sorry I have to give them 1 star. That is far more than they deserve.
