Terrific driver and service!!! - Our driver was the BEST !!!! He was early as he knew we’d hit traffic. He was polite professional and a great/safe driver..Having him pick us up and get us to the airport in plenty of time was such a relief.

On time and pleasant ride - Our driver was very good. We didn’t have any conversation as I don’t think he could speak English and that’s is all we understand. He arrived approximately 1/2 hour early which was fine as we were ready to go at that time.

Terrible Experience - Booked and paid and confirmed but my husband and I was never picked up from our hotel as per booking. We waited and waited and had to end up messaging Viator and only to be told to ring the tour operator. How is this acceptable? We were late going to the airport as we had to look for a taxi by the roadside !! Will never use Viator again.
