The driver will meet the passenger at the airport pickup area, hotel reception, or port arrival area. The driver will hold a sign with your name and provide a contact number in case you cannot locate the sign. Additionally, the driver will send the vehicle number and their contact information to the passenger in advance. The transfer begins at the airport arrival and ends at the hotel reception, or vice versa if starting from the hotel. For groups of more than four passengers, a Mercedes Vito, V-Class, or EQV will be used, while a VW ID.4 or Tesla will be provided for groups of fewer than four passengers.
