Once the reservation is confirmed, an email will be sent containing all the details of your booking. Each traveler is permitted one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Pickup arrangements will be reconfirmed with you before the reservation date. For airport pickups, our representative will be at the pickup area holding a sign with your name. Drop-off will occur at the designated location.

After your flight lands, you will have one hour and 30 minutes to meet our driver. If this waiting period expires, a no-show will be recorded. Our no-show policy states that if you have not met us within 1 hour and 30 minutes after the pickup time, a no-show will be applied, and no refund will be issued.
