- In case of a canceled or missed flight, the transfer will not be provided and will not be refundable. If you arrive with a new flight and consequently a new pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer
- Any modification to the flight number, and consequently, any change in arrival time, must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the original arrival time
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
