A-M-A-Z-I-N-G service!! - This service is excellent!! They took us from the door of our hotel in Hoi An (Lantana Hotel) and drove us gently and nice to Danang airport. Price is so convenient that the tip of 10-20% (they do no ask) is the minimum you can offer to the great driver. If you want solidity, safety and efficiency, hire them.

Terrible driver and erratic - The driver we had from Hoi An to Da Nang was very erratic. Firstly he lowered the boot door onto the head of one of the staff at Ananatara resort and then got angry with the staff member. Next he drove erratically constantly tooting the horn and flashing the lights and weaving in and out of traffic. This was a completely different experience to the driver we had on 27th April from Da Nang to Hoi An who was excellent. Keep your standards up Viator to ensure a pleasant customer experience
