excellent servis - the driver was waiting for me at the airport on time. he was very nice to help me with the luggage. the car was clean and comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. and all the servise was as promised in order.
I highly recommend VMG tours, thank me later

Poor Service - Driver was not at airport when we arrived. Tried to call phone number on voucher but it was disconnected. Overall, there was very poor communication. We were at the door that we were instructed to be at. He finally picked us up 30 minutes late. There was no water in the vehicle as advertised. The Wi-Fi barely worked. Driver did not know the back entrance to our hotel and dropped us off on the street approximately of 100 m from our hotel. We had to walk down the street with our luggage to find it on our own. Strangely, I still gave him a small tip because he helped unload our luggage. I would avoid using this service.

Don’t book this company - When we arrived at the airport the cab driver never showed up we waited for 45 min , called the company no one picked up the phone . Don’t book this company .
