Very good experience- the best in quality/price for large group transfers - We were a family of 14. He picked us up one way DAVID to PUJ airport and on the way back he picked us up at IBEROSTAR Bayahibe. David very nice guy, friendly and attentive. And on time. At first, at the time of booking on the web, the interface of the page after making the reservation and paying for it did not seem very reliable, the email that came to me from the booking confirmation was kind of weird, but then I contacted WP with them and everything fine. JESSICA from the Diamond Tour team coordinated everything very well. And they are the cheapest for large groups (families), meaning they are the best value for money. And they don't charge extras, like child seats or booster. They are definitely to recommend.

Very good overall, ltho a ittle confusing between reserving and pickup day - Friendly, on time, comfortable van. Reservation was confusing because header said round trip but bullets under "what's included" had ONE WAY in caps. Also said water bottles included, which we really liked forward to upon landing but they didn't plan for this. In the end the desk agent found cold water for us and we got on our way. The company was great about communicating re hotel pickup for return trip.

Not a good experience - We waited almost 45 minutes for our vehicle to arrive to pick us up. Woman from Diamond Tours wasn’t very helpful too. Would not recommend.
