Excellent option - On time, with units in good condition (air conditioning in excellent condition, seats and seat belts well), the driver with a very good deal (he explained us on the way about experiences that could be done, loaded all the bags of the group of 9 that we were, drove without risks). Highly recommended.

Perfect experience - Our driver was right at the door with our name on a sign. We asked to stop at a grocery store on the way to our hotel and he was so happy to help. Got us to our hotel with absolutely the best and easiest experience. Thank you for making it simple.

Easy arrival after long travel day - Alex met us as arranged with his clean van - 7 passengers with luggage fit nicely in the van. While it was already dark he shared some information about the areas in the drive along the way.

Excellent Service - Used this company for private transfer to and from the airport as well as an early morning trip to and from the pier for fishing. Excellent experience. On time, friendly, allowed additional stops. Vehicles are clean and well maintained. The administration staff for booking respond immediately . Cost is well worth the personal service. Highly recommend.

Efficient, easy, no stress. - Walked out of the airport, saw our driver with a large sign, in the car in 2 minutes or less, at our hotel in Zihua 15-20 min later. Our driver handled the windy roads like a pro. Perfect.

Great company - Roberto was great, he had a sing with my name on it waiting for us to walk out of the airport. Very friendly and full of information. We got the pleasure to enjoy his company on our trurle release tour, as he also drives Ulises S. The owner of Ketavi Tourist Excursions. If you need a ride anywhere they are your go to guys, we used them for a taxi for dinner also.

Ease of arrival - They were on time, easy to spot (sign with my name on it), super friendly driver/smooth ride from ZIH to Ixtapa. Great experience, and highly recommend for airport transfers while visiting the area!

Long shots /worked out - Booked two to three ahead of time They forgot about us but after a phone call it was handled in a few minutes Thankfully it was a Saturday afternoon arrival

Ride - No one there to meet us. I booked and paid for a Suburban. When someone finally arrived they tried to stick us in a tiny car. After some discussion they put us in a Bouncy van instead. Bait and switch.
