Traveling in style - This was a special trip for my group, so we wanted to have a private driver to & from airport/hotel. Our pick up was a bit late, but that was no fault to them, we contacted them right away & the response was immediate, our driver got caught in traffic. He arrived not much later, and was very apologetic and rushed to get us on our way. He was very professional in appearance, our vehicle was was amazing! Our return driver was actually early, and we were on our way. Both drivers were quiet but very pleasant & professional.

So glad I chose them - I was nervous about booking online because I've been burned by other transport companies. I'm so glad I decided to go with Viator. Jazzy Limo was everything I hoped. They provided excellent service. The vehicles were clean and comfortable. The drivers were professional and safe. This was so much better than an Uber experience and I will certainly book with them whenever I'm in town. Oh, and the communication via email/text was a bonus!

Excellent - Although the was a little late he managed to find us through all the chaos of all the arriving Taylor Swift fans! Can’t complain! It took a minute to find us but it was a 10/10 experience and we definitely skipped the Uber and taxi lines so I have no complaints!
