Arriving in Venice!! - We were well taken care of and taken to our drop off for our walking excursion to our hotel! Our driver and our water taxi guide were so kind and helpful!!

High quality transport - Venice - Professional service, very smartly dressed drivers, immaculate vehicles. All to the highest standard. I was organising a large group - 22 people we had three vehicles all supplied by Luxer. Everything was co-ordinated perfectly. Strongly recommended.

Excellent service - Extremely convenient. Airport pick up and water taxi smooth from begin to end. Would use again. Made it very easy with elderly parents to maneuver around.

Great transportation - Driver was waiting with sign after we got luggage. Drove us to closest boat ferry for our hotel and helped with luggage. Boat driver took us straight to pier by our hotel. Perfect.

Safe elegant transport - We avoided all the confusion & possible pick-pockets lining up for the bus entailed. Our limo driver was waiting for us at the airport with a sign with our name on it as promised. He welcomed us to Venice and pointed out the landmarks on the way to our boat taxi. He took our luggage right to the boat then handed it to the boat captain. He & the boat taxi driver helped us on board. We scooted off on the canals directly to our hotel. Our luggage and ourselves were deposited on the dock attached to our hotel property… no muss or fuss. The sun was shining as we enjoyed our first view of Venice and Italy from a lovely speed boat.

They weren't there when... - They weren't there when we arrived so had to call. They apologized and came quickly. Then it was a good experience.

Great transfer - Very quick, well organized transfer. We had a long, overnight flight. Having the driver waiting for us outside luggage pick up at airport was wonderful. Escorted us to van and helped with bags, drove us to dock where we boarded water taxi. Very clean van. Wood trimmed boat was beautiful. Only downside was that most of transfer was by van. Van was 20 minutes and water taxi trip was less than 10 minutes. We were dropped at dock closest to our hotel. Overall best decision for our party of 4

False advertising - Please beware that this transfer is false advertising. The description states that they will save you the hassle of traveling through the cobble stone streets of Venice with your luggage and take it to your hotel. This is why I booked this transfer specifically for that reason. When we arrived at the airport the driver was waiting with a sign as promised, but the man was older and he could not even help us with our luggage into the van, I had to do it myself! After that he took us to the water taxi where I had to unload the luggage from his van and drag them down to the boat. Once at the boat there was two younger men who put the luggage on the boat for us and only one of them stayed on the boat to take is to our hotel. After a short boat ride we were dropped off on the side of a street. The boat driver handed us our luggage and that was it. I asked him where our hotel was and how to get there, he said around that corner and left us just standing there feeling totally lost. The hotel was not just around the corner but a few blocks away with several steps up and down to travel through. It was a horrible experience and not at all what was promised. I tried to make a complaint with Viator directly several times and I they would not help me. Please make sure if this has happened before to you to please post about it.

Terrible service…arrived late and left us on the dock to board luggage into water taxi - Driver arrived late. We met him on the curb. He did not assist much at all with luggage. This is not the type of service we paid for. It is not the type of service we are accustomed to. Bo assistance getting luggage in the water taxi. In fact, the driver left before our taxi even arrived dockside. Very disappointed that our arrival in Venice was not at all as planned. Please contact me about a refund.
