Reliable shuttle services from hotels to airports - The driver arrived precisely as described in the aviator’s statement. She is also very polite and helpful. We are very impressed and delighted.

Good car service - The driver was safe and delivered me to the airport on time. Communication between the company and myself was helpful.

Efficient, safe ride - Driver was early but we were ready. Car was a little small but thankfully we didn't have too much luggage and there were only two of us. Timing for booking to get the best rate is tricky.

Buckle Up! - Driver was prompt and arrived at pickup location a few minutes early for easy transfer to the airport. It's a good thing we have a sense of adventure and aggressive driving doesn't scare us, b/c there was a lot of hard braking (due to not really paying attention to the traffic lights until the very last minute)/swerving through barriers as exits were being missed, etc. While my family joked about this driver possibly needing a new profession, some may not be up for such an "experience."

DISMAL ATTENTION AND DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY - We were in Europe for almost 3 weeks, we carried 2 large suitcases to document and two small, that is 1 large suitcase and one small each. We hire transfers at all the points we visit. Viena, Budapest, Bratislavia, Madrid, Granada, Toledo. With transfers airport hotel and hotel airport at each point. Hired through viator and civitatis. The last one was with this company by means of viator. The service was described as XL. And it cost 90 euros when the taxi charged between 36 and 40 euros. The driver arrived on time. But he immediately told us that the luggage would not fit in his car because we could not carry any suitcases in the front of the cart. I'm not calling the company. We had requested the transfer at 5 40am but were suggested by whatsApp what would be better at 6am. In the end he left us lying in the hotel and we had to wait for a taxi. So we are late to the airport. And we still wanted to be scolded by the driver for hiring that service and not a van. In the end we were not paid any money or points because the service said 2 bags... and we carried 4. I want to be specific what on viator says service XL And ka description of the van was for 6 people and we were only 2. And that with other companies we travel on a prius plus. And the cart they sent was a mercedes benz series 3. For 90 euros almost triple and they did not worry about not taking us to the service and did not return our money......when the other 5 services received were by car and not by van. Plus the chauffeur’s dismal attention more concerned about taking a picture of the luggage than about us getting to our destination. It was rude and I wanted to draw our attention and obviously annoying that we hired that service. I suggest being more specific in description because they were 2 large suitcases standard size 23kg and 2 small suitcases 15kg. If it is not possible to accommodate the luggage in the cart ahead you should not describe the size of transport vehicle according to the number of people ....if not the number of luggage and specify that in the trunk you can not fit 2 large suitcases but only one large and one small and that you can not carry bags. And not call it fancy service for being a mer you are. In Germany all taxis are. Luxury service (90 euros) must be accompanied by excellent attention. LOUSY
