Great deal and fantastic driver - Our driver, Angel was so patient, informative and right on time. Leaving a port can be hectic but Angel made it so easy and the price was right too!

Several transfers while in Miami - We had a group of 15 that needed Miami Airport Pickup, pickup from Airbnb to cruise port, pickup from cruise port to Airport Hotel and pickup from Airport Hotel to Airport. He was able to provide us with a mini bus so that all of us could be together at a reasonable price. Francisco was an amazing driver, He was very punctual and professional. We had free shuttle service from our hotel to the Airport after the cruise but we had an early morning flight and there were 15 of us which the shuttle couldn’t accommodate at once. Even if we would have tried to do a couple of trips with the shuttle it would still make us late for our flight. We called Francisco around 6 in the evening and asked him if he could be at the hotel by 4 A.M. the next morning to take us to the Airport. He said yes, even though, it was short notice. He was promptly there the next morning with his mini bus. F G car service’s was amazing. We travel every year to Miami/Fort Lauderdale for a cruise and we definitely will be using them again.

Great prices, friendly knowledgeable and safe drivers and car seats were included free of charge! - We were traveling with 3 kids to Fort Lauderdale for a cruise out of Miami and needed transportation and car seat rentals as well so I could try to cut down on the luggage as much as possible FG had the best prices of all of the companies I requested quotes from, friendly knowledgeable and safe drivers and car seats were included free of charge! Highly recommend!

Round trip transfer from home to MSC Cruise Port. - 5 stars service, excellent customer service, phone service, and drivers services, in contact with them all the time, price was the best, Van in excellent conditions, pick up were always on time as we talked... Excellent service - We booked FG Car Service for our cruise out of Miami. We picked this service due to their prompt email response, pricing and the availability of car seats (included in the great price) for a group of 4 adults and 5 kids. We used the service 3 times during our trip (Airport to Hotel for a few days, Hotel to Port and Port to Airport). Francisco answered the phone each time and promptly got back to me with the oick up time (which was always within minutes) and driver contact information. We had 2 different drivers and they were both very nice and helpful. On top of the overall great service, a person in our group left one of their bags and Francisco and crew went above and beyond to get it back for us. I never write reviews, but I wanted to thank this crew again for the great service.

HORRIBLE - Horrible experience do not book with this company. Booked with them to do airport pickup on 4/4/2020 to cruise port then pick up from cruise port and go on an Everglade Tour and back to airport. Was told to give them a check when I got there. Cancelled on 3/12/2020 because cruise was cancelled. They took a copy of the check and immediately deposited. I called and was told I would receive my money back in 2-3 days. I have seen nothing or heard nothing. Last conversation was I would receive money in 2-3 weeks. This was $615.00 I am pursing legal actions.
