We will wait up to one hour after the flight’s arrival for your call; failure to contact us within this time will be considered a no-show. Be cautious of individuals at the airport offering alternative transportation services, as they may attempt to mislead you about our driver. After collecting your luggage, proceed directly to the exit hall where your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name and our company logo.
One day before your departure, please contact us using the number on your ticket to confirm your pick-up time. We will arrange for you to be at the airport 2.5 hours before your flight’s departure. You will need to provide your room number to complete the driver’s pick-up order. Our driver will arrive at the pick-up location 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
