Great company - Our driver was very patient when we had difficulty finding our car. I will always be appreciate about how attentive and communicative they were when I left my phone in the car. They called a few times throughout the day to reassure me that they would drop my phone at our hotel later that day. They did and I can’t be more appreciative.

Less than expected. - Your driver was very nice and wanted to share his knowledge of the city. I was picked up in a van, but was expecting a car, when I got in the car, it was very hot, the AC was not on, and the driver went to talk with someone for a few minutes. Then dropped me off at the wrong PortoBay hotel.

Spammers at the airport - CAUTION: if you need to get from the airport to anywhere in Lisbon, beware of scammers. Someone will ask you if you want a taxi. They take you to a private car with no metre. At your destination, they will tell you it costs more than €200 which should cost about €20. Lots of yelling involved. Not a good way to start your trip. Take a licensed taxi or public transport.
