Terminal 1: After collecting your luggage at Terminal 1, proceed through the detector and turn right to exit the airport. You will find us at the airport parking lot, where the driver will be waiting for you.

Terminal 2: Once you have retrieved your bags, exit the airport through the double sliding glass doors. We will be waiting for you under Awning #10, where the driver will be ready to assist you.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance to receive a refund. According to the policies and standards of the Secretary of Transportation in Baja California Sur, changes can be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed and will depend on vehicle availability.

Reservations are made using the information provided by you, the client. If your group arrives on different flights, please inform us by adding this to the special requests section. An extra charge may apply for incorrect arrival/departure dates or flight times that require last-minute accommodations.

No Show Terms: Failure to show up on the date of arrival or departure will be considered a cancellation and is non-refundable. This applies after 2 hours from the arrival time and 20 minutes after the departure pick-up time.

Grocery stops are available for private round-trip reservations made in advance. This service costs an additional $25 USD for 35 minutes and must be included in the Additional Service box. Please be considerate of other arriving and departing clients, as your private chauffeur may be assigned on the current date.
