Airport Arrivals: Ensure your flight information is current to prevent significant delays in airport pick-ups. Turn on your cell phone as soon as you land. According to airport authority rules, we need your updated flight number on file to enter the airport and monitor your arrival (no need to call if the flight is delayed). If the driver and vehicle must leave one hour after a domestic flight lands, the same fees apply for any wait time for a second flight not pre-arranged and listed on this confirmation. A pick-up from more than one terminal will incur an additional $20 entry fee plus any wait charges after the first terminal pick-up. We pay a high premium for parking inside airport terminals and are merely passing on the cost. If more than one flight is provided at the time of reservation, the latest arriving flight will take precedence, and the driver will arrive at its corresponding baggage claim at the updated arrival time. If a flight is severely delayed, guests must call the driver as soon as they land, allowing 20-30 minutes for pick-up.
Meet & Greet Procedure from Orlando Airport: Meet the driver holding a sign with the passenger’s name inside baggage claim at the bottom of the escalators before collecting luggage. The waiting time for pick-up without charge is 45 minutes after a national flight lands, 60 minutes after an international flight lands, and 15 minutes for any other pick-up.
Lost and Found Personal Items: Call us immediately to report any items left behind. We will do our best to recover your property, but we are not responsible for items left in our vehicles. If found, we will notify you immediately to arrange pick-up or delivery. Please note: a nominal fee may be charged for transporting your belongings to your hotel.
Luggage: The luggage limit is according to the capacity of each van. (A single stroller is considered a suitcase, and a double stroller is considered two suitcases). Maximum Luggage Capacity: Please note the maximum bags allowed for your reserved vehicle (listed as the number of full-size bags). You may add a few small carry-ons. Notify us immediately if you need to upgrade to a larger vehicle to avoid major delays, additional charges, and not having a larger vehicle available on the day of service. If transported on the first day of service in a larger vehicle than reserved, do not assume you will be returned in the same size vehicle (contact us to upgrade if needed).
Prohibited items include acids, ammunition, animals, combustible liquids, compressed gases, corpses, cremated remains, explosives, firearms of all types, fireworks, flammable liquids, furniture, hazardous materials (poisons, radioactive materials, etc.), and materials with disagreeable odors. Oversize Items: A bicycle can be considered one piece of allowable luggage. Bicycles will be transported when disassembled and contained in wood, leather, canvas, or other carrying cases that do not exceed 8” x 32” x 60” and are securely fastened. A $25 - $50 fee is assessed for excess, oversize, or overweight items.
Extra Stops: Unless pre-arranged and listed on this confirmation, stops between pick-ups and drop-offs will not be permitted due to scheduling constraints, and last-minute service add-ons may not be available, so please plan ahead.
Pick-Up Times from the Orlando Area to Port Canaveral: For guests with a pick-up time before 11:00 am from the Orlando area, the time may be adjusted 15 to 20 minutes later than scheduled on rare occasions when we have a very busy morning. Priority is given to those exiting cruise ships to catch a flight home, as we are committed to fulfilling our obligations to returning guests first. We will do our best to keep your earlier than 11:00 am appointment and notify you that morning of any possible time adjustment.
Child Seats: Child seats are available upon request. Use of the child seat is at your own risk, and you release us from any liability for any injury, whether directly or indirectly caused by us or any other agent assigned by us. If a child seat is requested and not received, the only recourse offered will be a credit for the amount charged for the car seat. Child seat fees do not affect the transfer itself or any price paid for such. The vans are equipped with one car seat (forward-facing) and one booster seat at no charge. We use vans or SUVs in our services.
