Highly recommend! - In July 2024 I booked a trip to the DR for Feb 2025. I immediately went on Viator and booked a round-trip private transfer for 4 people from the airport in Puerto Plata to our hotel and from our hotel to the airport with Dominican VIP Transfers. I received a message through WhatsApp right away from Alexander who confirmed our reservation. The day before our trip, I messaged Alexander to confirm our reservation. He promptly responded. Our flight was supposed to arrive at POP at 12:20 pm. We were delayed by over 13 hours. Throughout this time, I was messaging with Alexander with updates. He also informed me he was following the flight. We ended up arriving at 1:45 am. When we exited the airport, our transfer was there waiting for us with a sign with my name on it. I was so impressed that he waited and picked us up at that time in the morning and got us safely and quickly to our hotel. The day before we departed the DR, I messaged to arrange the time for our pickup from our hotel. Again, response was quick. We agreed on pick up at 10:00am. Our driver was early, which we appreciated as we were ready to go. I highly recommend booking with this company for transfers and I will definitely use them again when I return to the DR. Gracias!
