Travel made easy! - Troy was AWESOME! He text me the night before he was to pick us up from the airport. Wished us a Merry Christmas on our day of travel and followed our flight, in which was delayed for a PERFECT and smooth transport. We plan to have him take us to another location on the island while we vacation. We wouldn’t hesitate to use this company in the future! Thanks for everything Troy.

Airport transfer (excellent experience) - Our experience was awesome. We booked airport transfer for 20 people. While we had to make two reservations due to max limit of 15 per booking, they were able to accommodate all 20 in one vehicle. Our driver/contact person (Troy) was very nice. He reached out in advance to assure pick up time and location. Our ride was on time. Overall we were very happy with the service. The company that provided the service was "Customized Adventure".

Amazing experience with a spectacular guide - Would give more stars if I could. We initially hired Troy for transfer from airport to hotel, but ended up hiring him for an entire day tour through western Jamaica. He was friendly and kind, extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He helped us plan out some of the things we wanted to do while here, and brought us to some amazing places we had no idea about as well. He was punctual with pickups and overall made our experience in Jamaica amazing. I would highly recommend choosing custom adventures & travel services if you're visiting the island.

Excellent Service! - I only leave reviews when someone did a horrible job or if I had a phenomenal experience. I am happy to be writing this due to the excellent service that Troy provided to myself and wife on our Anniversary Trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica. Troy reached out several days prior to introduce himself and to confirm our pick-up details. He also did the same on the return. I was so pleased with the initial communication that I turned down a free transfer from my hotel as I knew I was in good hands. I wouldn't hesitate a second to use his services again. Thank you Troy for getting us to/from our destination safe and sound in a nice well maintained vehicle.

Exceptional service and and amazing person - Booked a transfer from Montego Bay airport. My driver, Troy, was an absolute legend. He was very communicative before our trip, and was prompt at pick up after we messaged where to meet. He offered us other trips during our stay which was very nice. He gave almost a guided tour when we were en route and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Troy picked us up when we had to leave, again right on time. I would highly recommend Troy to anyone travelling to Jamaica and in need of a ride. We will be in touch the next trip we take down there! Cheers!
