This is a one-way transportation service that typically begins either at Cancun International Airport upon your arrival or at your vacation accommodation in Tulum Town (not applicable for beach hotels). We will greet you at the arrivals terminal by the bar, holding a sign with your name on it. From there, we will escort you to our van located in the Taxi and Shuttle parking area and head towards your accommodation.

A complimentary 15-minute stop is included, usually at a gas station along the way, allowing you to make quick convenience store purchases or exchange USD for Mexican Pesos.

The journey to your destination typically takes between 90 to 120 minutes.

If you opt for the return trip, we will pick you up from your accommodation in Tulum and transport you back to the airport, usually arriving in Cancun 2 hours before your departure time.
