When booking, please provide your contact number. The driver will reach out before the trip starts. Upon arriving at the airport, kindly contact the driver. If there is no response from you, the driver will meet you at the exit holding a sign with your name. The complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes at the hotel and 90 minutes at the airport. Overtime fees are 5,000 yen per hour, payable in cash to the driver.
