You will be picked up from the lobby of your accommodation in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. Once you are met, the journey to Tolantongo will commence. The trip will take approximately 4 hours, with a stop along the way for you to purchase water, snacks, or use the restroom. Upon arrival in Tolantongo, you will need to buy your tickets and will have 6 hours of free time to enjoy the stunning hot springs of Grutas Tolantongo at your leisure. The driver will wait for you in the parking lot or at a prearranged location and can transport you to either the grotto area or the pool area. The return trip to Mexico City is scheduled for 3:00 pm, with an expected arrival at your hotel by 7:00 pm, subject to traffic conditions.

Transfers from Pozas to Grotto are included so you won’t have to walk to get from one place to another or pay for another transportation service. We will provide you with aquatic lamps so you can better enjoy the grotto area. Our drivers are knowledgeable about the destination so they will be able to give you some recommendations during the trip so that you can enjoy this experience to the fullest.
