Will book again! - Waited at arrivals for about 30 min but to have a private shuttle that takes you directly to the hotel is worth it! Had a friendly driver both ways. Great service, we will for sure use them again!

Highly recommend this service. - Used this service to hotel and back to the airport for our family thanksgiving weekend trip to Los Cabos. We had very clean SUV’s, and amazing drivers. Drivers were knowledgeable of the area and spoke both English and Spanish with us. The beer and water on the trip was an added bonus and a great way to start and finish our trip. Will highly recommend this service.

Amazing!! - Both drivers, Jesus and Eli, were amazing!! The booking was fast and easy and the company was in constant communication ensuring my family and I had great transportation to and from the airport. It was a great ride in a nice vehicle and we will definitely be using them again for our next trip!

They got us to the wedding on time! - We rode from the Cabo Airport to our hotel, and back 5 days later. The communication from Cabo Airport Shuttle after making a reservation, before our arrival, and before our hotel pickup 5 days later was clear and helpful. We knew exactly where to find our dark-green shirted representative, who helped us get to our shuttle. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. We will be recommending Cabo Airport Shuttle to our friends who go to Cabo each year.

Scammy shuttle service making their money on timeshare signups - The pricing was great and the drivers nice, vehicles were very nice/nearly new and comfortably fit our party of 5 with luggage, on the non-private shuttle option. However, the major issue and the overall cloud of our trip was the hard sell of the time-share sign up right at the start. I made reservations for the shuttle online on my phone, so we arrived at the airport & went to the counter to grab our ride. Instead we were given the schpeel to "take advantage" of the promo prices if we visit a BRAND NEW 5+ star resort (a timeshare scam, that wasn't made clear AT ALL) and then we were "sold" 1/2 off excursions plus a "free" breakfast. DON'T FALL FOR THIS! It was an absolute time suck, chaos -ridden, stressful and honestly bullsh1t scam. We paid roughly 2/3 of the street value for the 2 excursions we chose, and likely could have found better deals in the Marina had we looked a bit, especially considering we didn't get what we requested, a nasty breakfast at the timeshare resort, and over 4 hours of scammy scummy timeshare salespeople that wouldn't accept "no", from departing at 8:30a in a sh1tty taxi, traveling 40 mins away, 2.5+ hours at the not great resort and another 30+ mins back in a shuttle. Waste of time, we were accosted by the final salesperson, provided the wrong snorkeling excursion that I WOULD NEVER do had I been provided real information, and then ended up having to post my credit card at the last excursion because the voucher I received was for a different business so stressed the entire day praying that the company would fix this & I wouldn't be charged. BTW had they not fixed it, I would have paid hundreds$$ MORE than buying the excursions direct. Top it all off, I charged my credit card for a cash withdrawal so Cabo Airport Shuttle received CASH, no way for me to dispute or complain or do anything to fix any of this after day 1. I am still p1ssed, days later, so please don't fall for this!

Never again! - Worst company to ever work with. Please try to find any other company to work with. I used their service for a round trip in November 2023 with my family and dog. The policy of the company is the dog must be in the carrier through out the whole trip. I understood that and the dog was never removed from the carrier. The arrival was really good we had Edwin very nice and informative about the city and things to do. The return however was terrible from the moment it begun!! We had the unpleasant honor of meeting driver Bryan. From the moment he arrived he was rude and dismissive. Our pick up time was 3:15pm. It was 3:14 pm and he was already screaming and yelling I have another party I need to take you need to hurry. Like hello sir how about we start with hello… I told him is there not a 10 minute courtesy policy. He dismissed it and stopped responded. We all were in the car a couple minute later. He not only was speeding and switching lanes like crazy which is normal here but he was texting and sending voice notes. Now I have a pug and if you know anything about pugs they have huge personalities. My dog isn’t the most comfortable being in a carrier but than again would you? None the less he was never removed from his carrier. He reposition himself and would whimper. He did fart but the smell did not linger in the car. Bryan decided to send a very rude voice note in spanish saying this dog pooped in the car. No he did not sir please stop lying. As soon as he opened the window the smell went away. He then started saying oh we have to charge you because he farted and it stinks. There was literally no smell left in the car. I was like oh I’ll talk to the office about that. He sent another voice note to his coworker or whoever in Spanish saying what kind of rude people did you send me. I don’t think he realized I’m fluent in Spanish so I got upset and I was like are you kidding me. Not only are you lying but you’re talking badly about my family? So I got mad and told him no I need to talk to your office right now. I called the office and was told the manager was off. I said it’s quite important because these are the types of people representing your company. He said oh I’ll have the owner call on his private number. The owner (Roberto ) called and said we’ll it’s because he has another pick up and he said the smell is still there because of the poop. Im like there was no poop my dog farted but he did not poop in the car. He did not vomit. The Roberto said oh well it’s because he said your dog was being Aggresive and barking. My dog whimpered once trying to get comfortable but he never barked. He’s like well I have to do my own investigation. So clearly he does not care about how his company is represented. He likes to hire careless rude drivers who just want to charge and up charge for anything possible. According to Roberto the first driver also had complained about the smell but my dog never farted on the first way to the hotel. If we would have known they are a company that like to lie and talk badly about their clients we probably would have never booked with them.
