Magic - Very well surrounded by our Francophone Guide RACHELLE as well as Captain SERGIO and his "marinero" PULPO. They all went out of their way to make our experience with the Tiburon whale sharks perfect. Released in front of the shark and following him with the equipment loaned for the occasion c was great. After several times in the water accompanied by these giants of the seas, we left for Isla Mujeres for a snack house "ceviche" and back in port accompanied by luck of some dolphins. On top 👍!

Compulsory excursion if you want to live an unforgettable experience on your trip to Cancun - Incredible excursion, 100% recommended. It's been one of the best experiences of my life. I want to make special mention of our fabulous guide Sofia, who has accompanied us throughout the experience and helped us in everything and made the excursion much more fun and enjoyable.

Spectacular Experience - One of the best experiences of this trip without a doubt, any words would fall short to explain the feeling of swimming with the whale shark, you have to do it to know what it is, plus our guide Sofia has been 10! He loves his profession can be seen in how he explains everything, the close treatment he has, more people like that are needed as tour guides!

Whales everywhere - The whales were amazing and Nick was a great guide. The staff was great and beers, guac and cevice was the icing on top. I can’t wait to do it again.

New experience BUT .... - We took this excursion and had a new experience BUT I felt uncomfortable because if things are presented in a way that respects animals and the ecosystem such as not putting sun protection, respecting the distance of 3 meters for whale sharks, etc..... on the bottom and even the form, we are not at all ... on the one hand, we have to pay an ecotax and a tax for the boat (in total 15 euros) but without understanding the purpose of these costs but it is the Mexican system that wants it ... then, we sail far enough to get to a point where whale sharks are found ... but a significant number of small boats are also there and we circle the animals until one of them arrives on the surface.... at that moment, it is the Check-out point to jump as quickly as possible to approach it and hope to see it ... that, it is for the most seasoned dives ... for me, I had trouble and I could see the whale shark but 2 seconds since other people were approaching it trying to touch it ... so the beast dives and you see it more .... anyway, I lived the experience as more a whaling to see it and the beast, I think, feels more harassed by the coming of the boats, the engines, the gasoline and the cries of people .... I think that just sailing to observe them from afar as to the acores (Portugal) is more respectful and as beautiful as what I could see in Mexico. It was still magical but it remains like a malaise and I simply think that the concept needs to be reviewed .... or that sea police guards can be present to avoid this gathering of boats without logic and driven by an adrenaline that can lead to accidents .... I must say that the Guide and the captain of our boat were wiser and tried to respect the instructions but others not at all going so far as to touch this scared whale shark... we must also take into account the handicaps by announcing things before selling the excursion because it is not simple .... we had bought the excursion through our Pension which worked with this agency. Nothing was told to us before.... fortunately, the Guide asked the questions and asked for each passenger.... in short ....Not bad but if we have a little ecological philosophy, we think back with a taste of guilt More
