This 3-hour program is an exciting and easy introduction into the picturesque underwater landscape of Cyprus with its crystal clear and calm waters. It includes a 20-30 minutes comprehensive classroom lesson before the dive, explaining everything you need to know about diving.
After the theory session we will kit you up and drive 2 minutes down to the beach around the corner. You will take your first breath underwater. Something you will never forget! In shallow water we are practicing a few skills to develop confidence.
Once you feel comfortable, we will have a 30-45 minute tour in Blue Bay to a maximum depth of 6 meters. You will have the chance to feed the fish and have some photographs taken.
After the dive, we will go back to the dive school, have some refreshments while you are watching your photographs on TV.
At the end we will drive you back to your hotel.
Our group sizes are limited to only 2 students per instructor or one family per instructor.

Probably the best dive centre in the world! - Steve and his team of excellent instructors run a very safe and smooth outfit from the dive centre in Pernera. Taba caters for patrons from all over Cyprus and will do their best to make every diver, whether novice or expert, get the most out of their time in the water. All their gear is well maintained, the staff are knowledgable, respectful of each other and always looking out for those that dive with them. You will not find a better place to dive in Cyprus and from my global experience, it’s probably the best in the world!

Our First Diving - Fantastic Experience - We (me, my wife and son of 11 years), were picked up by Steven at the hotel, and drove to the diving center. Here Steven went through a theory lecture before we answered any questions.
Afterwards we got suits on us, then we drove (total 3 groups a 3 people down to the beach. Here, each group had their own instructor. Steven with us.
With full equipment (mask, vest and bottle) we went into the water, and a quick review of the equipment, then Steven took us underwater.
Gradually deeper, and down to about 6-7 meters.
Was very great experience, and a lot to see. Including feeding fish.
After diving and viewing photos at the diving center, we were driven back to the hotel.
Steven had been diving for over 40 years and was exceptionally skilled, both as a diver and on it and working with people. He focused on safety and made everyone relax even if you felt something was starting to stress you.
The whole plan was absolutely fantastic, and professionally conducted.
This can definitely be strongly recommended.
The dive lasted about 52 minutes, about 7-12 minutes longer than planned.

Best diving experience - Taba diving is absolutely fantastic diving school, instructors were amazing, best wishes to all of them from Mantas and Ale.They are best of the best and would recommend only them for sure. For them is not a job but lifestyle thats why they are so amazing thank you for one of the best experience in my life😍😊

Must to do - It was a very goog experience. We are from Hungary, and we made it last year as well, and we returned because the staff is amazing, they are very careful, and help for you with everything. We were Team Pete, he was very kind, and Joe was very helpful with me if I needed. You need to do this experience. I recommend it for everybody😃

A fantastic experience! - A fantastic introduction to life under the waves! The TABA Team were brilliant from start to finish. A must do for anyone holidaying in this part of Cyprus! We booked a second dive straight away. We will definately do more diving with TABA when we are back in Protaras next summer.

Scuba diving - Best recomends for tour! I had great instructor, it was my first time scuba diving and I couldn’t get use to breath but my instructor Pete was so patient and so profesional that I got it! Great tour, great staff, highly recommend for everyone!

It was our first dive - I will 100p recommend TABA diving ! - FANTASTIC - I can really recommend this activity and TABA diving.
Good communication, picked up at the hotel as agreed, safe transport to TABA diving center, good and clear instruction before the dive - everybody felt safe, diving was with 1 instructor and 2 divers, we felt very safe and had a blast.
TABA diving was excellent in their execution of this event.

Megan and Ryan- 1st time scuba diving - Absolutely unreal experience! My partner and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and decided to go to Cyprus. The Taba diving centre was an amazing day out. The staff were super friendly and very patient with us when we had our moments, lol. We went two times. First time was the scuba lesson and the second time was to go down to 10m and possibly see some turtles. Unfortunately the turtles weren’t out but we did get to feed some more fish and see some lovely statues under water. The photos and videos the scuba instructors took were incredible. They looked amazing and also made us giggle.
Very easy to talk to and was lovely to chat about their experience diving and how they came to where they are now!
P.s- Scuba Manuel makes the best crochet sea animals!
