- Atwells Avenue - The former Korner Kircher was the base for mobster Willie Marfeo, who was shot and killed here on July 13, 1966. Raymond Patriarca served six years in prison for his involvement in Marfeo’s murder.
- 387 Atwells Ave - This was the site of the former Heritage Loan and Investment bank, whose collapse in 1991 led to a banking crisis in Rhode Island. The bank was associated with Raymond Patriarca and was suspected of laundering mob money.
- 141 Acorn St - This was the location of the Acorn Social Club, where on March 15, 1976, Patriarca capo Dickie Callei was shot and beaten to death. Rival crew leader Frank (Bobo) Marrapese was later convicted of the murder.
- 68 Spruce St - On July 18, 2022, former boxer and vice president of the Toscan Social Club Dino Guilmette was arrested on drug trafficking charges in a mob-related case. This marks the end of the “regular” tour.
