Great tour with a helpful and kind guide - Excellent tour! And our guide Alexis made everything even more special, with a lot of tips, buena onda, clear orientation, and local guidance that made everything smooth and pleasant. We definitely recommend.

Agency is better than the park! - Agency is extremely punctual and organized, the guides/drivers especially the Diego who accompanied us during the journey was extremely cordial and receptive. Maintaining a pleasant and very friendly climate. The park has its highs and lows, but it is worth knowing if the focus is skiing. Not recommended for small and older children, without any accessibility. Sun protection and extremely necessary glasses.

The snow is sensational, but the experience is chaotic. - The experience in the snow and mountain are surreal, worth it. However, some points left the journey troubled. I didn't have much information about the route, places and times. We already had clothes rented and had to wait for more than an hour, everybody pick up the clothes. If he knew about the information, he would have done the same to the majority. Back to the same situation. We almost missed the time to return our clothes. Renting in the city is much cheaper and avoids stress, but as we had no information, we passed stress anyway. It’s a tour that lasts all day, so I ⁇ ’t book another activity in the day. On the turn, it is traffic in the city, so possibly, the tour will not end on time. On the way back I felt a slight neglect with the passengers of the vans. We didn't have any kind of information and the Guide said we could go back in any vague of the company. We were in another country, with a different culture and we just wanted to go back, so we were just waiting to go back in the same vanity. Finally, the park is in line for everything. I've been talking in line for over an hour. Go with patience and face it so you can enjoy it. If you want little queue go to Nevado Valley, but there is not the same activities of the Farellones.
