Unique experience - Wonderful walk! And it got even better thanks to the super friendly tour guide, Rodrigo Ramirez. Made the experience very cool and left everyone free. The view at Portillo was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my life. Worth every penny!

A great experience, with a competent team - an excellent tour for those seeking to appreciate the landscape of a known/traditional and very beautiful spot in Chile. The experience with Morande was what gave more touch on the tour, especially by the sympathy and energy of our Guide Valentina Ramirez (which made all the difference), as well as by the precarity of the driver Rodrigo. We did the trip with the family and it was worth it, because, in addition to knowing the Laguna (Del Inca), still gave time to play in the snow with our son (4 years old), we rented a board (just at the entrance) to better enjoy this experience. It was very nice.

Wonderful tour - The walk is wonderful, but the path has many curves, so if the visitor feels nausea in these conditions, it is good to use some medication to make the journey by car. The landscape is very beautiful, but also very full, in addition to being quite cold.

Amazing tour, Guide with interesting information! - Amazing the landscape to see snow mountains all the way and really a spectacle of nature. We had complete experience with the Guide Tomás who passed us knowledge and experience on the mountains, wonderful place, he also prepared us a picnic. Thank you very much!

Unforgettable moments - All the tours we took with Smart Tours were wonderful. We went to Portillo, panoramic views of the Algarrobo, Isla Negra and Undurrada mountain ranges. I recommend everyone.

Excellent experience - Munik from smart tour was super attentive from the beginning of the contract, even before we finalized the packages. The fact that she is Brazilian gave me security. She met with us on the first day, gave us all the support we needed and, on the last day, at the last minute, she managed to help us with getting to the airport. All tours were very well organized in terms of itinerary and schedules. I recommend!

Reasonable - The place is really beautiful to take pictures, the photos look wonderful, but really not worth it, the trip is super long and exhausting, there is nothing to do there but to take pictures, it is extremely cold, we can not even stand 1h, we take pictures and we go back to the bus. Very long journey, very cold and much wind with sand/land, impossible to go without glasses. We spent more time on the bus than we really did on a ride. There is no need to rent clothes or waterproof boots, it is throwing money out. Picnic after the tour is nice.

Disappointing, not worth the money - The main problem with this trip was poor communication. My partner and I do not speak Spanish well, but the tour company did not inform us that the Guide, Fernando, does not speak any English. This made it very frustrating, it was difficult to get information from him. We arrived at the tour wearing fleeces and jeans, but then the Guide told us that we needed to rent additional clothes for the colder temperatures at the top. This was false as we got upstairs and the temperatures were very mild. It bothered us to spend 30,000 pesos on unnecessary winter clothes. The views from the top were beautiful but we only had 1 hour there. I was hoping to have a more memorable experience up there, maybe a walking route or some kind of presentation. Lunch consisted simply of bread sticks and cheese chips. If I'd known this was what we'd be served, I'd have made myself a more substantial packed lunch. Overall, the trip did not impress me. I would advise others to rent a car and drive themselves to the lake instead of through a Trips company. To finish on a positive note, the music playlist during the trip was really good. ----------- The main problem with this trip was the poor communication. Horrible - The worse ever, canceled at 4 am for weather reasons, the weather was fine! I had to reschedule the flight for this escursion, and now you asking how it was show the disconnect and carelessness of your organization.
