Best day ever - Veguel and Captain Eel best guides and in Turks. Been a lot places. These two did outstanding. Seen shark and stingrays and many other fish.

Top notch charter - Hard to imagine a better morning. Multi-family group was picked up at Beachea Resort for four hours of great fun! Rushane and Manny made our day by helping with our every need and advising on our itinerary. We wanted to see iguanas. Check. We wanted to find Conch shells. Check. We wanted to snorkel with turtles. Check. Rushane also ran our drinks, helped with snorkel equipment, suggested good songs for our playlist and guided us around at each stop. We have done another charter company in Turks. That one was also awesome, but if we booked again, it would be this one. Loved it.

Fun, accommodating and kid friendly - Our crew Big show, romaine and Danny made everyone have a great time. We felt very safe and they catered everything to what we wanted to do.

A great Excursion for a group! - The best decision we made while at Beaches Turks and Caicos! We had a group of 13 (6 adults and 7 kids) and went out for Snuba, Conch diving and cerviche on Iguana Island! John, Big Show and Rushane were the bees knees for a crew! Such great music, rum punch, lunch and laughter the whole time! We saw sharks, a turtle, iguanas and so many fish! The conch diving was so fun too! Rushane was the the ultimate conch diver and we got to take the shells home! ( A nice guy on the beach cleaned them all up for us for $10 a shell!)

Turks and Caicos excursion - We had a great time! Captain John (aka Lebron)and Big Show were terrific hosts! Highly recommend this tour!!! Great snorkeling, fresh conch ceviche and Noah’s Ark. There’s no show like a “Big Show.”

Amazing Time! - Big Show and Captain John were the best possible hosts for our day on the water. They knew the best places to go and gave us the best food.

Amazing tour with great guides - John and captain show were the most amazing guides we could have asked for. Extremely knowledgeable about the island and were so hilarious. We went snorkeling and conch diving. John cut up the conch for a ceviche lunch. Highly recommend this tour!!!

Must Book! - The best tour ever! Show and John took care of us, tons of food and drinks. We even caught our own conch and ate it as Ceviche. Must book!

So fun!! - Captain Jerry and marcelin were the ABSOLUTE BEST. They were courteous, kind, mindful of the group vibe/needs and created a fantastic afternoon of snorkeling and fun. 10/10 would recommend

Not as advertised - I wish I could give our experience 5 stars. We travelled to Turks for a wedding and were staying in Grace Bay on Provo. The day after the wedding we booked a private charter on a nice large boat for ~40 people. This was fairly pricy at $5000, but considering what we were getting (huge boat with 2 decks, drinks, food, snorkling, and beach time) with the whole family, it seemed worth it. We were provided updates that the boat was on the way and they came to our location at the Sands to pick us up. What showed up was actually 2 smaller separate boats splitting our party. One boat had an upper deck and the other was just kind of a boat with shade : ( Considering the entire point was to spend time together this was very disappointing. The crew were amazing and really tried to make things work but there’s only so much you can do when you’re on 2 separate boats in the middle of the ocean. Especially when the water was a rough as it was. The crew definitely had a hard time keeping us together when anchored so we could do things at the same location. They had to spend a lot of time figuring things out that wouldn’t have been an issue if we were all on once vessel. The snorkling was also pretty terrible given the rough water. Not much can be done about that but I would have loved to have been offered an alternative. The island they took us to was amazing and I would have loved to spend more time there in the calm waters. The other issue was that one boat didn’t even have snorkel gear so despite being advertised as a 2 part half day adventure with snorkeling then beach time, half our group was not even able to snorkel. They just had to swim in the 1-2 foot waves in 15 ft of water so we could all hang out together since we couldn’t get on the same boat. Very disappointing. The biggest issue is this is not what we paid for. When asked about the cost to rent one of the smaller, less nice vessels we got, the answer was $1200-1700. That means that renting both vessels as we did would be $3400. Keep in mind we paid $5000 for a large, private charter on a nice boat with food and drink. Kind of feels like we got the discount boats but we’re still expected to pay the same cost as the luxury boat. I posted the advertisement and description below and you can read that are experience is not as advertised. I wish they would have let us know if the larger boat was not available as this was the off season and there were plenty of other options with other charters that were available that we could have done together. Per the crew the boat had been broken since early morning and our voyage started at 2 pm. The confirmation we received at 1:40 pm said our singular vessel was on the way so it was a surprise to see 2 small boats pull up. We tried to make the best out of the situation but it was really disappointing. We asked the business to rectify the situation and they offered $750 back which is really not enough considering the cost discrepancy. So far email communication has been them repeating the same phrases but getting no where. This wasn’t the experience that was advertised or what was paid for. It needs to be made right.
