Easy and worth it! - Super quick and efficient. They met us right as we got into the airport and escorted us to customs and them to our hotel shuttle. So easy. Will definitely use again! Not expensive and totally worth it. It was that much more time we got on the beach!

It gets you through the customs line fast - Someone is there to greet you as soon as you step into the airport. They make sure the paperwork is filled out correctly and escort you to customs booth. You more or less just get to "cut in line" so your not in the same long line as all the other travlers. We only do cary on so the process only took maybe 10-15 minutes so that was great. We expected to be able to walk out & get a taxi but that wasn't the case. We were told that if you want a "private" taxi it was going to be $120.00 vs $40.00 for a shared taxi van to our Hotel. So we got in the van and had to wait 30-45min until it was full with people going to the same area as we were. So the quick pass doesn't really help unless you have a taxi lined up.

In and out in less than 20 minutes! - In and out in less than 20 min! Greeted when we first got there, escorted to the front of the line, then greeted again after going through security to show us where to wait for our baggage then directed to the correct area for our rental car pick up. Definitely worth it as multiple flights show up at the same time and it takes time to go through customs. Little pricey but time is with worth the money!

Great experience, worth the price. - This was super easy experience. They met us in the terminal we went right up to customs. We flew by the regular customs line. We grabbed our luggage. They then grabbed us taxi. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Terribly Inflexible If You Have a Delay - Terrible and inflexible organization that just wants your money. We had a flight cancelled that delayed us by 1 day. Viator refused to change or refund our pass. Horrible place - be sure to read the fine print.
