We’ll initiate the session with an overview of our specially selected menu, featuring exclusively seasonal ingredients. Our commitment to seasonal cooking is to highlight the natural flavors of locally sourced, zero-kilometer produce that reflects the heritage of Tuscan cuisine.
The hands-on experience will include:
- meticulous vegetable chopping, with techniques varying based on their culinary application
- expertly seasoning dishes and crafting flavorful sauces
- engaging in the art of making homemade pasta, including tortellini and ravioli
- simmering rich, complex sauces
- mastering the preparation of classic roasts and Tuscan stews

concluding with an assortment of exquisite baked and custard-based desserts.
Throughout the workshop, we’ll discuss the characteristics of seasonal ingredients and share recipes that best showcase their qualities.
Participants will receive a Borgo Santa Lucia apron as a memento of their culinary journey, which they are welcome to take home. To cap off the experience, we’ll gather to savor the fruits of our labor, accompanied by fine wine.

Super!! - We had an amazing evening! We cooked 4 courses, all very different so we learned more tips and tricks. It was really nice to cook such good food with simple ingredients, exactly how Italian cuisine is meant to be. Afterwards we got to enjoy the food and even got the leftovers to go so we could eat for another 2 days. We received an apron and the recipes as well so we can recreate everything at home. Very warm welcomeing host, 10/10 would recommend booking this course!!
