I recommend it to everyone - My family has always purchased Fratoni oil, I highly recommend it, in particular the Ascoli Tenere olive oil.

Great olive oil tasting - It was a wonderful experience. We arrived 15 minutes early but for some reason, Tripadvisor had not notified them. Apparently this was not the first time this happened to them Nonetheless, they quickly improvised and gave us a full tasting explaining the diferent qualities of oil and how it was made. He also provided us with food samplings as well as a little wine to go. At the end he gave us a litlle certificate to say we completed our oil tasting course. The owner was very friendly and we bought some of his products. We would visit him again. We highly recommend this tour.

Olive oil tasting - Valentino and his family were absolutely most welcoming! Valentino was an expert at the olive oil process, tasting walk through! My friend and I found him polite, funny, and we learned so many things about olive oil! The luncheon was perfect as well! We highly recommend this experience! Debbie & Jacci

100% would do again when next in the region - The experience is well worth the price. It took place in a family owned olive oil mill who were very welcoming. We got a tour of the facility which has both the machinery for the traditional & modernized production of olive oil, which was fascinating to learn about. The olive oil tasting itself was fun as we learnt how to pick out and recognize differences between the various olive oils. Then my friends and I were pleasantly surprised when platters of food came out at the end for us to enjoy. Overall excellent experience, a highlight of our holiday!

Impressive, informative and fun - The Fratoni family love their business of making the best olive oil available and Valentino Fratoni provides interesting insights into the process of making it. The tasting is fun and informative and the “breakfast” (we’d call it lunch) they provide is delicious. Best of all, though, is witnessing the joy and pride they have in sharing their vocation.
