Additional Information

Emerging from the Murge plateau, nestled between the Itria Valley and the entrance to Salento, its roots date back to the 16th century. This business has been handed down through four generations, maintaining the authentic essence of Apulian farming for many years. The starring characters of this agricultural scene are the cows. Their daily milking provides high-quality milk which, used in our own dairy, becomes the key ingredient that starts everything. The diligent work of skilled hands in producing local cheeses and dairy products ensures our clients receive only the freshest and most delectable products.

Wonderful host - Unfortunately, we had to cancel the tour within 24 hours of the class. The company was so gracious, understanding and kind to still give us our credit. Wonderful integrity and understanding on their part. We truly wish we could’ve made the event. The next opportunity we have, we will definitely go to this class. we think greatly.

A fun cheese experience - A fun, enjoyable, comprehensive tour. The cheese process is explained from start to finish in the various rooms in 2 languages. Making the mozzarella and burrata was fun to watch. Being allowed to do it yourself much more. The cheese plate with water and wine was very rewarding. In short, highly recommended.

Great tour filled with tradition and new innovations. - Giuseppe was wonderful. So nice to see the next generation carrying on traditions and adapting new technology and modern innovations through his current education. Old meets new, yet keeping the respect of who and how the farm came to be. The taste of fresh cheese right after it is made was incredible.

100% recommended! - Living the reality of a dairy at 360 ° is not easy, but Giuseppe and Fabio were magnificent guides! In addition to the sympathy they have transmitted to us the passion that this family for over 50 years pours into the company. Fascinating tour, full of unforgettable scents to make you water, with the possibility to treat yourself to a few cuddles to the calves. Fun lesson on the production of puppets and magnificent aperitif! Highly recommended!

Highlight of our trip! - What a place! A lovely farm with a clear passion for the animals and food. Everything was very clean and the animals well cared for. We loved seeing the calves, cows, dogs and even kittens!! We saw mozzarella being made in front of our eyes and got to eat it there and then. They even lets us have a go at making burrata and served a wonderful lunch with wine. An exceptional value for money experience and a highlight of our trip! Thank you!
